My services and classes encompass a wide range of practices, including Yoga Therapy, Yoga Therapy Massage, Barre and Body Conditioning (especially for dancers), Hatha, Vinyasa, Aerial, Yin, and Chair Yoga, as well as Guided Meditation and Yoga Nidra for specific outcomes.
